♥ Each event is themed! That is right! We choose a theme for each market that is unique to the time of year. Our artisans love participating by decorating their booth and making items to match the specific theme.
♥ Your safety matters to us! We genuinely care and go above and beyond to help keep everyone safe. No matter how many times Alberta Health Services have to change the restrictions or guidelines, we step up and implement any changes that are needed. Is this exhausting and costly? YES! Do we do it anyways? ALWAYS!
♥ You actually know the event organizer by name and they don’t hide behind the scenes.
♥ We don’t accept only our friends or established creatives - we love supporting newbies. In fact, each market retains an average of over 30% of BRAND-NEW-TO-LHM artisans that are attending for their first time!
♥ We plan our vendor layout based upon personality types to increase the likelihood of vendors making new friends and having a positive experience.
♥ We market the heck out of our events by utilizing every possible resource and have strong connections within the local art and craft community

♥ We give back to our customers & supporters! Each market, our team organizes a unique collection of over $2,000 of door prizes donated by the artisans at the market! Admission to the market includes an enter into the door prizes.
♥ We are a family friendly event! At each of our events we have a contactless “KidsCreate” area where any children under the age of 17 can participate in a FREE market-wide scavenger hunt and each participant can receive prizes.
