Workshop Space Fee: $50 (for up to 1.5 hours)

Fee includes tables, chairs (max 20)​

How does it work?

  • You host the workshop

  • You are responsible for supplying all materials

  • You are responsible for payments and booking the participants

  • Workshop needs to run for a minimum of 30 minutes, and up to 1.5 hours

  • Workshop time includes setup and takedown

  • Power is available

  • Choosing a low cost activity is recommended ($10-$30)

  • If you are a vendor, you will be responsible for arranging somebody to cover your booth during the workshop or put up a “closed” sign at your shop

  • We supply the workshop space/tent and tables and chairs for your use

  • We will create a custom event on the LHM Facebook page

  • The workshop space fits up to 20 customers in 3 round tables

  • You are responsible for promoting your workshop on social media platforms or paying for additional advertising

* Lethbridge Handmade Market will promote the workshop on the Lethbridge Handmade Market website, Facebook Page, and Instagram Page

* Lethbridge Handmade Market will make a Facebook event on the LHM Facebook page for your event

 

Note: You DO NOT need to be a vendor to run a workshop. Open to the public!

* Lethbridge Handmade Market reserves the right to decline a workshop leader application that they feel may not be a good fit for the market.

* Workshop applications will close when full

 

We'll accept a maximum of 20 students, but you can request a smaller workshop size if it’s optimal for what you are teaching.

There is a $50.00 setup & promotion fee (a LHM Vendor $20 discount will apply) - we will take care of the rest!
